Minimum Filing Requirements

• Identifying particulars of the PCT application;
• Verified English translation (if applicable)

Additional Requirements

• Verified English translation of the basic application if requested;
• Notice of Entitlement (can be signed by an Australian Patent Attorney);
• Appointment of Agent if requested by Office

A National Phase application can be filed on the day instructions are received provided minimum requirements are supplied.
