David has a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology with research experience in the fields of molecular, cellular and developmental biology. After graduating from Duke University he pursued post-doctoral studies at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research in London, England. David also holds a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trade Mark Office.

Before joining Fisher Adams Kelly, David practiced patent law with several leading US law firms. David is a member of Fisher Adams Kelly’s Life Sciences team.
