Meron specialises in the technology fields of chemistry and mineral processing. Prior to joining Fisher Adams Kelly she spent several years as a Patent Examiner in the chemistry and pharmaceuticals area with IP Australia. She has also worked as a minerals analytical chemist in Australia and as a project chemist in a minerals processing environment, specifically dealing with the processing of platinum ores, in South Africa.
