Angeline specialises in trade marks in Australia and overseas. She has more than ten years experience and specialises in contentious trade mark related matters, including opposition, removal and infringement in Australia and abroad. She is a solicitor and acts for government corporations, communications companies and manufacturers. Angeline has a particular interest in intellectual property management for the arts industry and is a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Technology and Intellectual Property Sub-Committee. back to people
