To secure a filing date on your behalf, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please email us a copy of your patent specifications including description and drawings (where possible) to one of our Partners or to our general email address – see links at the bottom of this page
  2. Provide us with the full name and address of all applicants including nationality and (if relevant) State of Incorporation
  3. Please also provide details of any priority claim, including the filing country and filing date and preferably the serial number
  4. Please provide all information in English, or verified translations of any information that is not in English
  5. We will confirm receipt of this information within 24 hours (next business day) and commence proceedings which can include seeking additional information and arranging for documentation to be signed
