Danielle has extensive trade mark and industrial design registration experience. She has practiced almost exclusively in trade mark and industrial design law for the past 6 years and has an excellent understanding of the search, application and prosecution requirements not only in Australia, but also abroad.

Danielle has acted for a wide range of businesses including small to medium enterprises, through to multinational blue-chip clients. She has designed and implemented large scale trade mark and brand infringement monitoring strategies spanning multiple countries and customs offices.

Danielle also has extensive trade mark and industrial design registration dispute and infringement proceeding experience including both oppositions and preparations for formal court proceedings. She has acted for a large number of clients in relation to domain and search engine keyword complaints.

Danielle has been engaged to audit and report on the intellectual property of large businesses and research organizations. Providing recommendations, policies and procedures for the effective protection, commercialization and enforcement of large intellectual property portfolios.
