Michael has a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. From leaving university he worked in the Telecommunications field gaining approvals for modems throughout the world and then developing a UKAS endorsed Electromagnetic (EMC) testing facility at the same firm. During his eight years there, he worked to the position of Technical Director. Michael then moved to Australia, setting up the Brisbane branch of an Australian, NATA accredited EMC test facility before moving to a company in the telecommunications field predicting radiation from mobile base station antennas.
